We know you’re excited to get your Ducky Things goodies – we are too! That’s why we’ve tried to make our delivery info as simple, helpful, and friendly as possible. No confusing jargon. No ugly tables you need a spreadsheet to understand. Just what you need, when you need it.

Our Delivery Rates for UK Orders:
Orders up to £50:
- Standard Delivery: £3.50 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days after dispatch)
- Premium Delivery: £4.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (day after dispatch)
- Extra Premium: £5.95 - DPD Next Day Tracked (day after dispatch)
Orders over £50:
- Free Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-3 working days after dispatch)
Heavy or large items
- Orders under £50 - £4.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Orders over £50 - Free - Royal Mail Tracked 48
Please note: Delivery times are only a guide for UK Mainland orders. Once your parcel leaves us, we’re at the mercy of the couriers, but in our experience, these times are pretty reliable. For non-mainland UK destinations, delivery may take a bit longer.

Tracked delivery for all orders – you’ll get updates so you’re never left wondering where your parcel is.
Heavy or large items may be on a premium delivery rate – this is just the reality of shipping big stuff, but we promise it’s always clear at checkout (no sneaky surprises).

Our Packing Process
We take great pride in hand-packing your Ducky Things. Even if it’s not a gift, we want your unboxing experience to be a joy. We are a small business that takes care to inspect every item before packing, and we make sure to wrap everything securely so it reaches you in perfect condition.
We aim to reuse packaging materials wherever possible to help reduce waste, but don't worry – your order will always be securely packed and ready to go. Usually, orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them. However, during busy times (looking at you, Christmas!), it may take a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated!
