We take pride in hand-packing your things. Even if it’s not a gift, we like to provide a pleasant experience when opening
one of our parcels. With great care we inspect every item before posting and meticulously package everything to ensure it reaches you functional and in one piece. We use a variety of packaging materials and where possible we aim to reuse as much packaging as possible.

 

Usually, orders are prepared and posted within 24hrs of receiving your order. However during busy times this may be longer. Please bare this in mind.

 

Our standard postal rates are as follows.

 

Orders up to £50

Standard Delivery. 2-3 working days after
dispatch. £3.50

Premium Delivery. Day after dispatch. £4.95

Heavy items. Additional £1.00.

Delivery times are a guide only for UK Mainland delivery. These are the time scales we have been provided but once your parcel has left us it is out of our control. Rarely are these timescales wrong. Parcels for the UK, outside the Mainland, will take longer to arrive. Full tracking details are provided with every order.

 

Depending on size, value and weight of your order we use a mix of couriers. All orders are posted using either Royal Mail or DPD. In very seldom cases we do use other providers.
